Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Charges

  • Our standard rate for shipping is $12.95 per order for standard ground shipping.
  • We offer free shipping on orders with a product total of $99 or higher. To qualify for free shipping, you must meet the following criteria:
    • The product total of your order must meet or exceed $99 before any any taxes are applied.
    • If you use a coupon, the product total must remain over $99 after the coupon.
    • The order must be shipped to the contiguous United States (one of the 48 adjoining states plus the District of Columbia).
    • Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for our free shipping promotion.
    • The order must ship to a single address.
    • The order must ship via a standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping methods are not eligible for free shipping.
  • If you require expedited shipping services, please contact customer service for a quote.

Shipping Methods

  • Most orders ship via UPS ground.
  • We will occasionally ship orders will via USPS or FedEx.
  • Some larger orders will be shipped using a LTL freight carrier.

Lead Times 

  • Most orders for stock items will ship in 1 to 2 business days.
  • If you add custom printing to a stock item, the order will typically ship in 10-15 business days.
  • If you place an order for a completely custom item, your estimated lead time will be provided in writing along with your pricing.

Transit Time

  • Transit time will vary depending on the shipping address and the location from where we ship the order..
  • Most order will be shipped from our warehouse in Chattanooga, TN. Please see the graphic below to calculate the transit time to your shipping address:

UPS Shipping Times

Returns

  • We only accept returns for stock items.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for return unless we fail to meet the specification outlined in the order.
  • Stock items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.
  • Stock items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns for any item after 90 days.
  • We only accept “full box” returns.  We do not give any credit for partially used boxes.
  • Before you make a return, please contact customer service to receive authorization before you return your product.
  • We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
