- We accept unconditional returns for stock items within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Custom orders are not eligible for return unless we fail to meet the specification outlined in the order / accepted proof.
- Stock items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- We do not accept returns for any item after 90 days.
- We only accept “full box” returns. We do not give any credit for partially used boxes.
- Before you make a return, please contact customer service to receive authorization before you return your product.
- We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
