What are the delivery charges for orders from Chatfield Legal Supplies?
All orders over $99 ship for free! If your order is less than $99, it will ship for a flat rate of $12.95.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
Most items will ship in 1-2 business days. Transit time will vary depending on your location. The map below will give you estimated transit times. UPS Shipping Times
What exactly happens after ordering?
Your credit card will be charged immediately. All orders will be processed within 1 business day. Depending on the time of day, all stock items will be shipped the day the order is processed or the following day.
What is the process if I add custom printing to my item?
First, a Chatfield Legal supplies customer service rep will contact you to confirm every aspect of your custom order. If this is your first time time to place a custom order, we will need to get or create custom art work for your order. Once the artwork is received or completed, we will provide you with a proof.  Once you approve your proof, we will release your order to production.  It will typically take 10-15 business days from proof approval to your order being ready to ship. If this is a repeat order, we will resend a the existing proof for your approval.
What if I need to return an item?
  • We accept unconditional returns for stock items within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for return unless we fail to meet the specification outlined in the order / accepted proof.
  • Stock items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns for any item after 90 days.
  • We only accept “full box” returns.  We do not give any credit for partially used boxes.
  • Before you make a return, please contact customer service to receive authorization before you return your product.
  • We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
